Luiz Fernando de Paula, professor at IESP-UERJ, is awarded at the XXIII Brazil Economy Prize

In a ceremony held on September 8 at the XXII Brazilian Congress of Economics in Belo Horizonte, IESP-UERJ professor Luiz Fernando de Paula won the 1st place in the scientific article category of the XXIII Brazil Economy Award with his work “Growth Patterns and Developmentalism: A Keynesian-Institutionalist Perspective “.

The Brazilian Economy Prize is organized by the Federal Council of Economics and aims to stimulate critical reflection on the Economy as a branch of knowledge, emphasizing its applied nature, especially in issues related to economic, social and regional aspects of Brazilian society and its interrelationship with the exercise of the profession of economist.
